Limited Term Length Job Summary The Office of Public Service is currently accepting applications for the
Outreach Programs Administrator I/II/III position. This position directly serves the Office of Public Service by coordinating, delivering, and managing key functions of outreach and service-related programs including development, communications, educational delivery, program research, community assistance and partner relations, quality management, staffing and budget systems oversight.

Essential Functions 1) Works in conjunction with OPS leadership, staff and/or volunteers to support current programs, develop and execute new outreach programs, assess community-based needs, organize program material and evaluate programmatic benchmarks related to strategic objectives. Supports and assists with annual reporting of program metrics and KPIs including but not limited to Carnegie designation and strategic planning. Organizes, promotes and provides site management for OPS events, including those outside of typical university operating hours.
2) Interacts frequently with campus-based partners as well as public and private constituents as assigned. Responsible for initiating and maintaining communication and marketing efforts including social media oversight. Support oversight of the database of community partners, student leaders engaged in outreach and campus-based partners as assigned.
3) Hires and supervises student workers supporting outreach and public service programs. Coordinates human resources and staffing activities and related policies for OPS.
4) Manages and assists in the development of budgets, processes financial documents and maintains financial records related to OPS programs; oversees daily OPS budget reconciliation and purchasing. Supports grant submissions, research, and fundraising activities.
5) Acts as Project Manager in planning and coordinating activities to support a specific program.
6) Meet with clientele to define needs or problem areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in discipline related to program.

Desired Qualifications Knowledge of communication and marketing, spreadsheet, data entry, excellent writing skills, excellent verbal communication ability, commitment to working with diverse populations, understanding of community programming activities, event planning. Experience working with grants and working in the public health, community engagement, and/or extension services.
