Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to develop and maintain web applications, components, and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and implement scalable, high-performance digital solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of AEM-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business goals. Work with cross-functional teams to implement AEM, AEP, and other integrated solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within AEM environments. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AEM-based solutions, including components, templates, and workflows, to meet business requirements. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of AEM with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Java for backend development and JavaScript for front-end enhancements. Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and services. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AEM implementation. Maintain and optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, project managers, QA) to ensure high-quality deliverables. Follow best practices in coding, testing, and version control. Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features, web technologies, and industry trends. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Java & JavaScript. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including developing components, templates, and workflows. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Apache Oak Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in professional English.
