What We're Looking For:

• Lease-up experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in property management, leasing, or maintenance (depending on the role)
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
• Certifications like CAM or CPM are a bonus
