Description:

Sol-Up is now hiring 3 dynamic Appointment Setters. Appointment Setters will meet/greet potential clients at Festivals, events and offshore locations. They will qualify and generate Sol-up appointments. Excellent pay and high income potential from $50,000 to $160,000.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Generate appointments with clients at Shows and Events and Off Site locations.
• Utilize influencing and persuasion skills to strongly market to potential clients while demonstrating a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of clients.
• Strictly follows quality, safety and workplace behavior standards;
• Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company;
• Other duties as assigned or required.

• Bilingual (Spanish) and Timeshare experience are a plus!
• A valid Driver License is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and persuade clients as a professional representation of Sol-Up.
• Reliable and transparent communication skills with team and leaders.
• Must have reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Available to work a schedule of 5 days per week which may include weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to:

• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
• Physically access all work areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability for prolonged periods of time to sit, walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
• Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in the sales region, be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, heat, cold, noise, dust, fragrance aromas.

Schedule:

Full-time, at least 40 hours per week, based on business demands
