*Position Summary*
KH Law is seeking a skilled *criminal defense attorney* with a minimum of *2 years of experience* to join our growing Rochester office on a *partnership track*.
We are a collaborative team of attorneys and staff who believe in helping clients through difficult times with integrity, innovation, and outstanding advocacy. Every attorney is responsible for their own caseload while working closely with colleagues and paralegals to deliver excellent outcomes and an exceptional client experience.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide outstanding legal representation in criminal defense matters, including client communication, written advocacy, hearings, and trials
* Manage caseload effectively while collaborating with team members and leveraging firm systems for efficiency
* Communicate complex legal issues clearly and compassionately to clients
* Contribute to the firm’s culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-centered service

* Strong courtroom advocacy and persuasive writing skills
* Ability to explain legal concepts in clear, accessible language

*Education & Experience*
* Active Minnesota Bar License (must be licensed in MN)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, preferably in criminal defense

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
