Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Buffer to join our dynamic automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive body work, with a focus on buffing vehicles for painting. This role is crucial in ensuring that the surface of each vehicle is flawlessly cleared of imperfections, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our auto body repair services.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various buffing tools and equipment to remove scratches, swirls, and other blemishes from vehicle exteriors.
• Apply waxes and polishes to protect vehicle exteriors from environmental elements.
• Replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 years of experience in vehicle buffing.
