Manpower is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for our Cookeville, TN office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, exceptional customer service skills and can do attitude to put more people to work. We are looking for candidates able to communicate in Spanish and English.

• Hands on recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualifies candidates for key accounts.
• Act as liaison with our clients; evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open orders in an effective and timely manner.
• Orientation, on-boarding, and helping to manage associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to candidates, associates and clients.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract candidates and to promote the Manpower brand within the community using digital, print and social media..

• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Strong Communication and Computer skills required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Multitasking skills and the ability to follow through with appropriate sense of urgency.
• Attention to details, follow directions and responsibility.
• Previous experience in human resources, customer service, retail or marketing. 
• Ability to work independently and self-directed. 
• Must be willing to submit to background check, drug screening. High School Diploma required.
