BIM Coordinator

Job Title: BIM Coordinator
Job Location: Decatur, AL or Pell City, AL
Job Salary: $55k - $65k Salary + Benefits  
Requirements: BIM, Revit, Navisworks, Electrical, Construction, Leadership

Based in Decatur, AL and Pell City, AL, we are a full service electrical contracting company and have completed multi-million dollar contracts throughout the Southeastern United States. Our clients include Commercial, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial, Power Generation, International and Low Voltage.

Due to growth, we're seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team! Must have 2+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator for construction projects and have experience using Revit and Navisworks. Must have experience leading BIM teams. Electrical experience is highly preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing the integration and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout all phases of design and construction projects.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and integration of BIM processes.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure the integrity of BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and resolving potential conflicts through clash detection and coordination meetings.
• Preparing documentation related to BIM workflows, progress reports, and presentations for project stakeholders.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills: 
- 2+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator for Construction Projects

- Experience leading BIM teams and managing drafters

- Revit and Navisworks experience 

Nice to have skills: 

- Electrical experience
