Position Overview
We are looking for Seriously Nice Part Time Flight Attendants for our RDU Crew Base. As one of our most highly visible Team Members, Flight Attendants are responsible for the safety and comfort of our Guests and fellow Team Members; we expect them to welcome and accommodate Guests, mitigate high?stress situations, collaborate and problem?solve with other Team Members, use good judgement, and just be nice. You will act as the face of the Company by embracing Breezes Five Core Values Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
Job Details
- Monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours per month
- Must live within a two?hour driving distance from Raleigh?Durham International Airport
- Interview and be selected to become a Part?Time Breeze Flight Attendant
- Successfully complete initial Flight Attendant training

Pay Rates
1 month 6 months: $25.00 per hour
6 months 1 year: $27.00 per hour
1 2 years: $28.50 per hour
2 3 years: $30.00 per hour
3 4 years: $31.50 per hour
4 5 years: $33.00 per hour
5 6 years: $34.50 per hour
6 7 years: $36.00 per hour
7+ years: $37.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional guest experience warmly welcome guests, assist with seating, luggage, and garment stowage, and remain available for assistance.
- Remain positive and kind ensure guests feel valued and appreciated.
- Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members.
- Remain calm under pressure and mitigate high?stress situations.
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members.
- Stay approachable and accommodating by monitoring the cabin regularly.
- Remain flexible understand schedules may change due to operational, weather?related, or unforeseen delays.
- Stay current and compliant with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements.
- Demonstrate personal responsibility be punctual, timely, and proactive.
- Uphold professional appearance and etiquette guidelines.
- Willing to assist in other departments if necessary.
- Comfortable using, implementing, and explaining Breezes inflight technology.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while practicing the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards.
- Provide instruction, including emergency and evacuation procedures, to guests.
- Administer first?aid and medical care, if required, in emergencies.
- Control personal and emotional responses under high stress.
- Conduct security screenings.
- Complete Autism Awareness Training.
- Adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations.
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group values of safety, kindness, integrity, ingenuity, and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Height minimum able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance.
- Height maximum able to have adequate head clearance in the cabin.
- Ability to sit and buckle into the E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt.
- Neat, well?groomed, and capable of making a positive impression.
- Service?oriented.
- Adhere to highest possible hygiene standard as outlined by the CDC.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; may need to communicate safety instructions to non?English speaking guests.
- Ability to pass a vision and hearing test.
- Ability to successfully complete security screening training.
- Must pass a DOT pre?employment drug test.
- Must pass TSA fingerprint?based criminal history check and Breeze background check.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States.
- Current passport with at least six months remaining before expiration.
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Willing to relocate based on companys operational needs if applicable.
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed.
- Able to report for work in assigned base for assigned trips.
- Able to work Reserve Assignment in assigned base.
- Self?starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
- Nose piercings: single 2?mm or smaller nose stud (silver, gold, or gemstone) allowed; no hoops.
- No teeth embellishments in uniform.
- No more than two earrings per ear while in uniform.
Additional Requirements
- Tattoos may be visible while in uniform if they are within company guidelines.
- All flight attendants are required to have a current passport with at least six months remaining at time of application.

- Ability to read announcements clearly and give emergency commands in English.

- Physical ability to lift/fold luggage, window exits, doors, and overhead compartments (~50 lbs).
- Assisting disabled passengers during in?flight wheelchair operations.
- Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts (~60 lbs).
- Ability to perform all safety?related procedures.
