By leveraging cutting-edge Clover software solutions, Business Consultants drive measurable impact and long-term value for merchants, aligning with Fiserv's mission to support businesses in the ever-evolving financial services landscape.

What you will do:

  • Proactively build a robust sales pipeline through field activity, networking, and referrals, independently initiating conversations without relying solely on inbound leads.
  • Take a consultative, value-driven approach to understand merchants' business operations, pain points, and growth goals, recommending tailored Clover software plans and complementary services.
  • Position yourself as a trusted business advisor, guiding merchants through the Clover ecosystem from payment solutions to business management tools.
  • Drive long-term client success through relationship management and portfolio growth, maintaining strong connections with existing merchants.
  • Represent Fiserv's core valuesacting with integrity, respect, and genuine care in every interaction.

What you will need to have:

  • Prior experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium-sized clients.
  • Ability to explain technical features in simple terms and demonstrate product benefits.
  • Extensive experience in cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
  • Organized and disciplined in managing a geographic territory, planning visits, and tracking activity.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and consistently hitting KPIs.

  • Cross-selling skills.
  • Expertise in sales scoping and qualification.
  • Proficiency in sales closing and agreements.
  • Experience in field sales, tele-sales, and prospecting.
  • Knowledge of product line.
