Seeking experienced Valuation professionals (CFA/ABV/CVA) with purchase price allocation and ASC 805 experience for various projects across the US - both fully remote and travel opportunities are available.

The Valuation Advisory Consultant will work with clients to round out post-close transaction advisory services, perform valuations of intangible assets and perform purchase price allocations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience performing valuation analyses and financial modeling
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • ASC 805, ASC 718, ASC 350, ASC 360 and ASC 820.
• Experience supporting due diligence, including identification of potential risks and integration issues
• Preferred certifications
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser)
  • ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation)
  • CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst)
• Success in a client service role, preferably with Big 4 or a national advisory firm
• Resident of the United States
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Round out post-close transaction advisory services
• Perform valuation of intangible assets (ASC 805)
• Perform purchase price allocations
