Key Responsibilities Execute recruiting plans and develop talent pipelines. Independently source candidates through diverse channels including social media, networking, and cold calls. Manage high-volume candidate flow and develop niche candidate pipelines. Must-Have Skills: Proven direct sourcing experience. Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
