Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Recruiter to join our Campus Sacramento Admissions team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students at various events and locations, fostering interest in our college and its degree and certificate programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in college admissions or recruiting, with a deep understanding of Sacramento's higher education and college recruiting landscape.
What you'll do: - Collaborate with Campus admissions, marketing and executive teams to develop strategies and plans to conduct field marketing in the Sacramento area
- Utilize knowledge of the Sacramento market to develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the local community.
- Represent Campus at college fairs, career fairs, and other recruiting events to generate interest and enrollments in our programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process from initial contact to enrollment.
- Collaborate with employer partners to identify and engage potential students on-site, promoting our programs and benefits.
- Conduct informational sessions and presentations to prospective students and their families, effectively communicating the value and opportunities offered by our programs.
- Collaborate with marketing team on the development collateral and assets required to effectively represent Campus at field events
About you: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in college admissions or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a field-based role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Sacramento market and its educational landscape.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
- Proven track record of successful student recruitment and enrollment.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Sacramento area and attend events as required.
Location: - Sacramento, California
- 3 days onsite in office, 2 days remote
