You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead practice teams in the development and execution of the college relations and recruitment strategies for multiple universities
    • Build strong relationships with firm leaders, hiring managers, and the Business Units you support to understand, anticipate, and meet talent needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities; including faculty, students, and school organizations
  • Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities to hire intern, extern and full-time accountants / consultants; including on-campus presentations, career fairs, and mock interviews and resume workshops
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle and maintain records in applicant tracking / recruitment system
  • Develop strategic campus recruiting plans that align with the firm's business objectives, industry trends, and talent needs while partnering with the business.
  • Collaborate with firm leaders, people solutions professionals, and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of the public accounting industry
  • Participate in developing the Firmwide Recruiting Strategy
    • Recommend internal policies, processes, and procedures
  • Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team's success in meeting recruitment targets and delivering a high-quality candidate experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration or other related field required
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in campus recruiting within a Public Accounting firm or professional services firm preferred
  • Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, while maintaining excellent written/verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience using tools such as Handshake, Yello, Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and other applicant tracking tools.
  • Travel during peak recruiting season expected to be at 25-50%
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Additional Information:

The compensation range for this role is $92,580 to $200,590. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
