Job Description
Salary:
Job Summary: Responsible for operating commercial grade cleaners to clean carpets in addition to other general cleaning, painting, and light maintenance tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Pre-inspect and evaluate carpet/textiles
Operate company cleaning equipment
Work independently without supervision
Clean and maintain all equipment
Travel to properties (company van to be provided)
Assist in other areas of general maintenance/housekeeping/painting as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
Office or residential carpet cleaning experience preferred
Knowledge of building and cleaning practices, supplies and equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to operate steam cleaning equipment (truck mount or portable)
Exceptional ability to work alone when required
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Ability to work outside in different elements.
This position requires moderate to high physical activity.

Ability to use and maintain commercial grade cleaning tools.
Additional eligibility requirements:
Valid and current Driver’s License
Must past a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report prior to first day of employment
