Position Overview
As a Catcher Packer in our folding/gluing department, you'll play a key role in ensuring every carton meets our high-quality standards. T

What You'll Do:

• Pack cartons with precision and care
• Perform quality checks to meet customer standards
• Handle off-line packing tasks
• Set up taper and labeler equipment
• Operate a ream cutter
• Complete quality re-work as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Safety-driven and quality-conscious
• Ability to read and write in English
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (30 lbs. repetitively)
• Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm Monday - Friday) or 3rd shift (10pm-6amSunday - Thursday) with some overtime/weekend work
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus-but we'll train you!
