Team Van Truckload Driver

Average pay: $1,340-$1,630 weekly

Home time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview:

• Operate dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight.
• Drive across all 48 states with a partner.
• Bring your pet along with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Competitive mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and not driving.
• Receive weekly paychecks and performance bonuses.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 months; $2,500 for inexperienced drivers.
• Orientation pay provided.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay annually.
• Annual bonus opportunity: Earn up to 2% of your gross annual pay.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Location: Must reside within 85 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA.
