What You’ll Do:Assist in planning and executing charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Support event logistics including setup, registration, and volunteer coordination
Engage with donors, supporters, and community members to raise awareness and encourage participation
Help manage event materials, supplies, and communications
Track donor data and assist with reporting and follow-up activities
Collaborate with nonprofit partners and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow your skills
Passion for nonprofit work, community service, and social impact
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
Friendly and approachable with confidence in face-to-face interactions
Willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous event experience a plus but not required
