About the Role
The Company is seeking an inaugural Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for its Medical Group. The CAO will be the senior administrative leader, tasked with integrating clinical service capabilities into a unified management structure that ensures strategic, operational, and financial alignment. This role is pivotal in overseeing a significant annual revenue stream, a large number of patient visits, and strategic planning for a substantial number of physicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for physician practice management, driving operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives, including expanding physician recruitment and retention programs. The CAO will also work closely with the Medical Group Executive Council to support the evolving strategic direction and represent the medical group's vision in executive-level meetings. Applicants for the CAO position should have a minimum of ten years' experience in healthcare administration, financial or data analysis, and strategic operations, with at least five years in a management role. A strong background in finance, administration, and ambulatory operations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include fiscal policy, compliance, and monitoring, as well as coordinating with the Chief Physician Executive and the Board to align clinical operations with the company's goals.
