About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Global Marketing, also known as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive global marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the brand by creating a seamless connection between traditional finance and decentralized finance. This role involves strategic planning, vision, and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet business needs. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, providing mentorship, and ensuring that marketing efforts are in line with revenue goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the finance industry, with a preference for those with a background in asset management marketing. A proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, as well as the ability to find innovative and scalable solutions, is essential. The role requires a data-driven approach to decision-making, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams across various marketing specialties. Global business experience and a strong network within the industry are also key requirements for this position. The ideal candidate will be adept at quickly understanding complex concepts and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure the company's marketing efforts are always at the forefront.
