About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer/Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic executive partner to the founder. This pivotal role demands a confident, grounded, and execution-focused individual capable of leading and managing all office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational oversight, team management, and will play a key role in the company's growth strategy by building and implementing systems that support rapid and sustainable expansion. Additionally, the role involves serving as a true partner to the founder, aligning the team's efforts with the company's evolving vision, and representing the organization externally with a professional and authoritative voice. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years' of leadership experience, preferably in real estate, proptech, or development sectors, and a proven track record of building and scaling internal systems for high-growth companies. They must possess strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead both strategy and execution. A deep confidence in their abilities, coupled with humility and a commitment to a vision greater than themselves, is essential. The role requires a professional who is comfortable in the ambiguity of a creative-led business and is inspired to bring structure to a fluid, evolving mission, ultimately helping the company transition from a boutique firm to a large-scale development operation.
