The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for delivering individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and pharmacy operational services in collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication outcomes. The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, a Washington Pharmacist License, and preferably acute care hospital experience or residency completion. The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
