Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Quality Relations and Data Analyst based in Atlanta, GA, with some flexibility for remote work. 

In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that  improve patient satisfaction and  clinical outcomes while attaining  Quality Incentive Initiatives (QII) . You will partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure effective execution of ACO QII initiatives by monitoring clinical performance data and adjusting strategies to optimize patient care and clinical quality outcomes. 

The role involves analyzing clinical data, creating and delivering comprehensive reports to non-technical audiences. Assessing workflow processes and assisting in process re-engineering workflows to achieve efficiencies in clinical operations that deliver on ACO QII goals. As well as, proposing and implementing performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency. The analyst will also assist in maintaining quality standards and facilitate clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Data and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, especially in conveying complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highest level of interpersonal and business communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations) to interact and influence people at all levels
  • Ability to develop proactive partnerships with physicians, practice managers/staff, peers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency with or ability to learn multiple clinical information systems/data analytic tools supporting TP-ACO reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products  required
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or clinical quality field is preferred but not required
  • Must live in the Atlanta area (within 100 miles) and be able to travel locally to the various physician practices and facilities. (up to 40% of time).
