At Accel Therapies , we are looking for a passionate Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead functional assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise our dedicated behavioral therapists. This role offers a blend of center-based work with the flexibility of remote options!

• Competitive Salary: Total earnings potential of $91,000 – $101,000 in your first year!

Your Schedule

Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM . Plus, you can take advantage of 2 work-from-home days per week (with eligibility)!

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans.
• Mentoring and supervising Behavioral Therapists and Program Supervisors.
• Delivering parent training and ensuring high clinical quality.
• Maintaining 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborating within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency.
• Contributing to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development.

What You Bring

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfort with technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms).
• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
