Position Description This position aids our students and staff by completing the following duties: Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone Retrieving and responding to voicemails Data entry Assisting walk-in students Helping manage appointments Participating and assisting in campus events Additional duties as assigned Our services benefit : CSN students, staff, and the community outside of CSN Work Experience in our Department supports the following Degree/Certificate Programs: Psychology, Business Preferred Qualifications: Be friendly, outgoing, and willing to learn; have a good understanding of diverse multicultural environments; be able to follow directions and communicate well; have knowledge of Microsoft Office systems; be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. • Be enrolled in at least 6 credits and meet additional eligibility requirements of the Silver State Regents Service Program for summer semester/term employment.
