What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial lines account manager experience, specifically servicing a book of business.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Highly knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures.
• Comfortable and skilled with Microsoft Office, career websites, and other relevant software systems (AMS360, EPIC, or TAM preferred).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills make you a great collaborator and client contact.

Your Role & Impact:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you'll be a key player in our team, working closely with producers and administrative assistants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Support: Assisting clients with new and renewal business, and efficiently processing changes to existing policies.
• Policy Management: Reviewing policies and accurately processing transactions.
• Data Integrity: Updating and maintaining client and company files and databases to ensure everything is current and accurate.

• Follow-ups: Managing follow-ups and processing updates on cancellation requests for clients.
