Kelly ® is seeking a Construction Field Lead to support pipeline and terminal sites in the Golden Pass Terminal Brownfield facilities. This lead position plays a critical role in overseeing contractor activity, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality standards across multiple disciplines.

\n Location: Sabine Pass Terminal, TX & Pipeline sites (Starks, LA and Sabine Pass, TX)
\n Travel: Required between pipeline locations (using personal vehicle; 40% at pipeline, 60% at terminal)
\n Schedule: 10 hours/day, 5 days/week (Start time: 6am)
\n Duration: 1 year (with possible extensioin)
\n Pay: $60 – $65 per hour (DOE)

\n Main Functions \n

\n\t
• Champion worker safety programs at all locations\n\t
• Oversee site contractor construction activities during Execution Phase\n\t
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality assurance, and scheduling of field activities\n\t
• Assist Maintenance Projects and Turnaround Supervisor with planning, monitoring, and coordination\n\t
• Provide professional insight and core construction expertise to project teams and contractors\n\t
• Maintain strong communication and working relationships with contractors\n

\n Tasks & Responsibilities \n\n

\n\t
• Lead on-site safety awareness and performance for contractors and project team\n\t
• Supervise contractor personnel; enforce all Safety, Health, and Environmental procedures and policies\n\t
• Collaborate with contractors for construction planning and daily work execution\n\t
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule during construction\n\t
• Address quality and progress issues with QA/QC personnel\n\t
• Oversee contractor materials management and ensure compliance with project specifications\n\t
• Track workforce productivity and project schedule\n\t
• Ensure environmental compliance requirements are met\n\t
• Manage field-level scope and cost changes\n\t
• Verify proper arrival and handling of procured equipment\n\t
• Support site Work Management System, including permitting, JSA reviews, and LOTO\n\t
• Assist in commissioning and systems completion as needed\n\t
• Coordinate quality audits and site surveillance activities\n\t
• Mentor and develop Early Career Professionals\n\t
• Perform additional duties as assigned\n

\n Qualifications & Experience \n\n

\n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)\n\t
• Minimum 10 years (15+ preferred) relevant construction site experience across disciplines: Civil, Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Scaffolding, Electrical, Instrumentation/Controls, Insulation, Painting, etc.\n\t
• Experience in marine environments, hot/cold taps, and pile installation is desired\n\t
• General proficiency with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel\n\t
• Strong verbal and written communication skills\n\t
• Valid driver's license\n\t
• Familiar with OSHA 1910 and OSHA 1926 standards for construction safety\n\t
• MUST have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) \n\t
• Willing and able to work beyond 40 hours weekly\n
