This is a remote-friendly hybrid role with a preference for candidates based in New York City , where we have a vibrant HQ and frequent in-person collaboration.
The RoleWe're looking for a senior-level freelance recruiter to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on high-impact searches across the U.S. and Canada. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier, values-aligned talent across diverse functions—including Engineering, Product, Data, and senior leadership roles.
You'll collaborate closely with our in-house recruiting team to build strong pipelines, lead candidate engagement, and help drive hiring excellence during a key growth phase for CookUnity.
