As Controller, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure the company’s financial health and provide strategic insights that shape future growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders

· Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry-specific standards

· Execute customer billing and collection processes

· Manage execution of all vendor payments and processes

· Lead budgeting processes and update financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads

· Integrate automation into workflows

· Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions

· Provide management with financial insights and planning support

· Manage external audits

· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate policies

· Implement and enforce internal controls

· Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital

· Support financial systems improvements and maintain data integrity

· Help evaluate new tools to streamline finance operations

· Mentor accounting team members and support their growth

· Cross-functional engagement with other teams providing financial insights and leadership to decision making

· Contribute to the development of financial strategy alongside executive leadership

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of GAAP

· Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other financial systems

· Experience in the Telecommunications industry, including regulatory and compliance matters, is a strong plus

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Clear communication style with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Work Environment

· Primarily office-based (Brentwood, TN) with opportunities for hybrid work
