The Baker/Finisher will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company's baked good items, including bagels, croissants, and muffins. Requirements:
Previous experience as a baker/finisher in a bakery environment is preferred, but not mandatory (we'll train!).
Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred.

Available to work overnight, usually 6-hour shifts.

The cake decorator is a key position. Candidates for this position must also demonstrate manual dexterity and the ability to effectively realize design goals. You must be able to work with customers to design and decorate a variety of cakes for various occasions by preparing icing, ice cream, and other ingredients, and overseeing the overall operation of our cake business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing online, phone, and in person cake orders.
Managing cake and icing inventory. Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icings, stocking decopacs, and following all sanitation procedures. Decorating cakes according to design standards. Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members and leadership. Stocking and maintenance of product displays according to quality and merchandising standards. Potential for working in other areas of the restaurant.
Requirements:
