Customer Engagement Representative- Work from Home
A Customer Engagement Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support while ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Quickly respond to all client emails/requests (we pride ourselves on a quick response time and being easy to work with)• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently. • Help establish processes to increase efficiency and offer creative solutions to solve problems • Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system. • Provide product/service information and recommend solutions. • Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Meet customer satisfaction and resolution time targets.Qualifications:
● Experience in customer service or support.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
● Creative problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills● Eager to learn and develop skills in preparing detailed campaign summaries, analyzing data, and tracking client goals and KPIs to ensure program success aligns with expectations
