Join our Customer Care team as a Customer Success Specialist , where your work directly supports businesses in staying compliant and informed. You’ll be the go‑to expert for our Labor Law Poster subscription customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and personalized support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and values building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do Be the Voice of the Customer: Build strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Deliver Exceptional Support: Communicate via phone, email, and other channels to resolve inquiries, track orders, and troubleshoot shipping or billing issues. Ensure Compliance: Monitor and support the Compliance Check‑In process for Labor Law Posters, collaborating with regulatory experts to provide accurate information. Manage Subscriptions: Process new orders, updates, and returns for Labor Law Poster subscriptions, ensuring accuracy across all shipping locations. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for future growth. Drive Process Excellence: Maintain documentation, update client‑specific reports, and ensure procedures are followed with precision.
