Accountabilities:

• Create, maintain, and develop management and client reporting dashboards.
• Analyze multiple data sets to identify trends, performance insights, and business opportunities.
• Perform quality assurance and validation on reports to ensure accuracy before submission.
• Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data collection methods, and automation initiatives.
• Support organizational objectives through project work, program initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in the development and modification of revenue, pricing, and performance models.

Requirements

• Some college coursework in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, spreadsheets, forms, and reporting tools.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, configuration, and report generation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prior experience in relocation services or related industries preferred.
