Talent Groups is leading the search for a Data Entry Specialist in the Phoenix area for a company that manufactures industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure the integrity of our data. This role will primarily involve entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems while supporting day-to-day operations.

This is a contract position for 30 hours a week that will require working onsite in North Phoenix five days a week

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support role.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting/filtering, formatting).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
