Key Responsibilities:

• Type and input data into documents, spreadsheets, or databases
  

• Transcribe information from handwritten or scanned documents
  

• Format text to meet basic style or formatting guidelines
  

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  

• Save and organize digital files appropriately
  

• Follow simple written instructions or templates
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Basic typing skills (minimum 35 WPM recommended)
  

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar tools
