This role involves a large-scale migration. The team needs support tagging metadata, building templates, and helping standardize and automate document management to make files searchable and compliant. The position is 100% onsite , and is a 9-month contract opportunity with potential to extend . Apply today! Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: 9-month contract, likely to extend Location: Onsite - Seattle, WA Job Responsibilities: Support large-scale document migration by tagging metadata and structuring files within Laserfiche Assist with the creation of document templates and standardized structure Collaborate with the Laserfiche System Admin to ensure effective file organization and compliance Participate in migration projects starting with the Homeownership division, expanding to others Help update workflows and forms Undergo 2 weeks of onboarding plus continued mentorship Adapt to evolving responsibilities as Laserfiche is adopted more broadly across departments Requirements Experience with relational databases (understanding of how tables relate) Ability to analyze and structure data Knowledge of metadata practices Comfortable learning new platforms/tools (Laserfiche training provided) Strong communication and documentation skills Logical, curious, proactive, and methodical approach to work Nice-to-Haves: Basic SQL (reading/writing simple queries) Familiarity with HTML/CSS or form-building logic Experience with ECM/SharePoint/Laserfiche Exposure to metadata tagging, file migrations, or compliance-focused documentation Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
