Position: Deburr / Polishing / Finishing Technician

Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Deburr / Polishing / Finishing Technician to join our industrial production team. You will be to finish, deburr and polish machined parts. During production, you must conduct regular quality checks to ensure they are running properly and that the parts are being produced according to specifications. Accuracy is crucial to our production, so all candidates must have attention to detail and be extremely focused on their work. We are looking for experienced people who can work quickly and efficiently, ensuring all products meet the specifications and quality requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for deburring, polishing, assemble, etches part numbers on machine and performs other various machine operations.
Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled.
Works from blue prints and uses hand grinders and common hand tools to grind and polish a variety of parts to meet contour, size, and finish requirements.
Keeps workstation clean and orderly.
Verifies starting materials are adequate prior to beginning to work.
Responsible for quality of the finished product or services outlined above.
Move incoming/outgoing material within the department.
Follows all Company safety rules and safe work practices.
Maintains regular attendance and excellent punctuality.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
1+ years of experience as a Deburr / Polishing / Finishing Technician or similar role
