About the job Delivery Driver


We're seeking Delivery Drivers to join a growing furniture retailer as they expand into the Rochester, NY market. This is a high-impact role where you'll represent the company at the final step of the customer experience, ensuring safe, timely, and professional deliveries.

Responsibilities include: loading and transporting merchandise, delivering items into customer homes, reviewing orders for accuracy, maintaining delivery vehicles, following safety practices, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record, ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs with assistance), and strong time-management, communication, and customer service skills. Experience with delivery driving, manual transmission vehicles, or warehouse equipment (forklift/pallet jack) is a plus.

This is a full-time, in-person role offering $23-$25 per hour plus a monthly incentive bonuses of $650, based on attendance and performance. Benefits include paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid holidays, sick, and vacation time.
