Dental Practice Manager

Location: Winooski, Vermont

Compensation: $62,400 – $68,600 annually

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a thriving and growing dental office in Winooski, VT. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in dental operations, a passion for leadership, and a drive to help the practice continue its growth and evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and financial performance to meet organizational goals
• Monitor and analyze KPIs including production, collections, payroll, and patient retention
• Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance operational workflows and patient experience
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all practice policies and procedures
• Support staff training, performance reviews, and continuing education initiatives
• Partner with ownership and leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements

Qualifications

• Prior dental experience required – minimum 2 years in a management or senior administrative role within a dental practice
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability
• Proven understanding of key performance indicators, budgeting, and basic profitability principles
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, professional team culture
• Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
