We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our thriving Dental practice full time in Houston TX. Join our amazing, successful, and growth- minded team! Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general dentistry, have pediatric experience, and likes to work with the pediatric population. Preferably the incoming dentist has 3-5 years of experience and is already credentialled with Medi in TX (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans).

Duties:

• General Dentistry with a focus on the pediatric population
• Develop relationships with Kids/ parents, effectively communicating treatment plans to English speaking parents or having the DA translate for them for Spanish speaking parents
• Diagnosis tooth pathology and present treatment options
• Perform general dentistry (mainly pediatrics and potentially adults)- SSC, basic fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis with a cavitron
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
• Comply with all ICA guidelines 

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree
• Active and unrestricted license in state of TX
• 3-5 years Pediatric dental experience preferred, and likes to work with the pediatric population
• Credentialled with Medi in TX preferred (TMHP/ DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans). 

Schedule:

• Full time

Salary (range):

• $260k per year (~ $1k per day for 6 months or better of 30% of production)
