Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in San Diego, CA, with some work from home acceptable. As the Director of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and leading a dynamic sales team. Your daily tasks will include creating and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, fostering client relationships, overseeing customer service, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.
