The Distribution and Logistics Analyst plays a critical role in the Levi’s Supply Chain by providing support to our analytical and reporting infrastructure. This role will impact all Distribution and Logistics processes by assisting in the creation, maintenance, monitoring, and communication of operational data and analysis. All regions and Distribution and Logistics processes will be in scope for this role’s impact.
The Distribution and Logistics Analyst will contribute to the goals and strategies of the Levi’s Supply Chain by working closely with the Sr Distribution and Logistics Analysts and other Supply Chain partners helping to implement the data driven support and oversight laid out by the Supply Chain leadership. Nearly all activities for this role will be directly involved with the vetting, dissemination, and accountability for standardized global reporting scaled to cover all regions and processes.

Conduct data analysis, research, and interpretation to support decision-making.
•
Assist in the development of reports, presentations, and recommendations based on findings.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, identify trends, and assess performance.
•
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to organize and analyze data.
•
Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
•
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
•
Reports: Manage, monitor, and maintain reports and participate in new reporting development across global regions
•
Records: Manage, monitor and maintain historical data records and past reporting, organize results, and maintain historical files
•
Coordination: Oversee communication of reporting and results with internal and external customers, ensuring that guidance is effectively communicated, and responses are thoroughly answered
•
Status reports: Provide activity and status reports to Supply Chain management teams
•
Support: Provide support and guidance to internal partners for any issues stemming from reporting or D&L DVR communications
Performance Expectations:
•
Business Communication: Manages the communication of complex and detailed reporting that is specific to various processes across the supply chain. These communications must be clear and concise, while responses should be thorough and clear.

Data Maintenance: Organizes and tracks historical reports and shared data, with system to support retrieval and investigation of past outcomes
•
Project Completion: Assist DVR team in the completion of 85% of all annual goals within their stated timeframes.
About You
•
Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
•
Experience: Minimum 2 yrs in a related role with an emphasis on data analytics and report building
•
Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
•
Exposure to operational processes and reporting structures
•
Some experience with : Mini-Tab or other Statistical tools; SQL, Visual Basic, Python or other data acquisition and analysis tools
•
Leadership Abilities: Works under supervision and guidance, following established procedures and guidelines. Participates in data analysis projects under supervision. Assists junior analysts and team members with technical tasks.

Communication and Collaboration: Communicates effectively within the team and with stakeholders. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather information and assess performance. Supports the implementation of process improvements.
•
Strategic Thinking: Assists in synthesizing findings and preparing reports and presentations. Focuses on executing tasks and completing assigned projects.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,800- $91,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
