Our Drain Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential drain systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to 3–5 residential drain service calls per day, addressing clogs, backups, and slow drains
• Perform detailed drain inspections and clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers
• Operate and maintain drain service equipment, including drain machines, hydro jetters, and inspection cameras
• Collaborate effectively with dispatch, parts, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools and parts on your work truck
• Keep your company vehicle clean and presentable - both inside and out
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current with industry best practices
• Obtain and maintain any necessary certifications (we’ll support you through the process)

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $42,000 - $65,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Prior experience in a plumbing role with some sales experience is a bonus
• Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in extreme heat or cold, both indoors and outdoors
• Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to water, sewage and other related elements
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical labour
