Kelly is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner with High Voltage experience for a long-term opportunity in Seadrift, Texas! This individual will be responsible for the planning of Predictive/Preventive Maintenance, Repair Maintenance and will support planning of Daily Maintenance Electrical Outages.

\n Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Manage active Electrical and Instrumentation backlog\n\t
• Review work order job scopes for completeness\n\t
• Perform field visits for planning when required\n\t
• Identify and order materials required for job completion\n\t
• Identify resources and equipment needed for job completion\n\t
• Plan job details maintenance management system\n\t
• Define job plan scheduling logic\n\t
• Create jobs packages with work execution details\n\t
• Support Weekly Scheduling Process\n\t
• Ensure job plans are archived\n\t
• Support improvements to PPM program\n\t
• Support Site Planner Team where needed\n

\n Required Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.\n\t
• Strong Background with Electrical and Instrumentation Systems\n\t
• Must have experience with Electrical Distribution\n\t
• Be proficient in computers to perform job tasks.\n\t
• Strong leadership skills are critical.\n\t
• Able to work in an empowered team environment.\n\t
• Able to prioritize a high activity workload and be a self-starter.\n\t
• Able to respond quickly and use good judgment.\n\t
• High tolerance for change is critical for this new role.\n\t
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\t
• Ability to build relationships across a broad spectrum of operations, maintenance, engineering, purchasing, contract personnel, and all support groups.\n\t
• A valid U.S. driver’s license.\n\t
• 40 hour work week consists primarily of 4-10s.\n\t
• Able and willing to work overtime as needed.\n\t
• Travel is minimal.\n\t
• Strong work ethic.\n
