Location: DeBary, FL
Full-Time | Hands-On | Indoor-Outdoor Work

Pay is commensurate with experience

We’re looking for Electrician Helpers who aren’t afraid to climb ladders, get their hands dirty, and learn the ropes from experienced pros. If you’ve got a strong back, a good attitude, and a willingness to show up and work hard , we’ve got the job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Measuring, cutting, and bending wire like a pro-in-training
• Drilling, pulling, and running wiring through walls and conduit
• Helping lift and position motors, conduit, and other cool stuff
• Replacing bulbs, sockets, switches – you know, the basics
• Keeping tools and materials organized (and your workspace clean!)
• Assisting electricians on real job sites – scaffolding, wiring, troubleshooting
• Learning something new every single day

What You Need to Bring:

• A high school diploma is great – but not required
• No experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person
• Ability to follow directions and keep safety top of mind
• Willingness to climb, lift (up to 75 lbs), kneel, crawl, and work outdoors
• A solid work ethic and team spirit
