Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Embroidery Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and sewing, with experience operating sewing machines. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality garments while maintaining safety and quality standards within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products according to design specifications
• Create detailed embroidery designs using both hand and machine techniques, ensuring they meet client requirements
• Select appropriate threads, fabrics and other materials for each project, ensuring they align with the design and quality standards
• Monitor the quality of the embroidery work, making adjustments as necessary to meet customer expectations
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of production and inventory

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an embroidery machine operator or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with embroidery digitizing software and the ability to read and interpret embroidery designs
• Strong attention to detail and precision in executing designs
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication and organizational skills to collaborate with team members and clients
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
