Environmental Attorney
An established and highly regarded law firm is conducting a confidential search for an experienced environmental attorney to join its expanding practice. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of environmental compliance, risk management, and litigation, along with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks across various industries.
Desired Background:
Experience handling diverse environmental matters
Proficiency in regulatory counseling, remediation efforts, enforcement actions, and environmental litigation
Experience with insurance recovery related to environmental claims and transactional support involving contaminated properties
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
