  • Coordinate and supervise event volunteers and temporary staff

  • Assign roles, provide training, and support a collaborative and efficient event atmosphere

  • Manage preparation of materials such as name tags, signage, registration lists, and swag bags

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain the organizational event calendar and coordinate venue visits and walkthroughs

  • Track and maintain accurate records of attendees, sponsors, vendors, and event expenses

  • Support donor database entry and reporting as part of IOOV’s fundraising strategy

Customer Service & Public Representation

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees, partners, and community members

  • Represent IOOV with professionalism, warmth, and cultural humility at all public events

Qualifications
