Expediter - Industrial Products Job Summary

Step into a key role within a dynamic industrial division as an Expeditor, where you’ll be instrumental in managing and streamlining the movement of materials and products across our supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers to our locations and to customers.

Expediter - Industrial Products Responsibilities

• Oversee and track orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners to expedite shipments and resolve delays.
• Keep accurate records and communicate stock levels to relevant teams.
• Prioritize tasks and orders based on urgency and customer requirements.
• Identify and address supply chain bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and assess reports on delivery timelines, completion rates, and production challenges.
• Collaborate with project teams to support adherence to project schedules.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to streamline operations.

Expediter - Industrial Products Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, production, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of industrial distribution processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
