Immediately Hiring Bilingual Full Time Customer Success Specialists!

Make a real impact this winter! As the temperature drops, our volume rises. We are looking for dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team as we gear up for our busiest season yet. Serving a wide range of commercial accounts in the HVAC and maintenance industries across the US, you will be the vital link between our clients and the solutions they need.

In this role, you aren't just taking messages, you are the first point of contact for businesses facing challenges. You will manage incoming inquires, triage emergency calls and ensure our clients are connected with the right experts to keep their operations running smoothly.


We are currently hiring for Full Time - 10 Hour Shift, Onsite positions.

Your work will include:

Professionally handling incoming calls

Greeting callers with a polite and pleasant tone

Gathering and relaying required information

Verifying and entering information accurately into our system

Manage high volume call periods with organization

Qualifications Needed:

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
• Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
• Computer skills in a Windows based environment
• Good attendance
• The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
• Availability to work one weekend day
• Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently

Compensation: $18.50 / Hour with Perfect Attendance


Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $16 / Hour.
